Was just running council's in 1.07(yes pretty lame playing d2 on your birthday) when this rune dropped.No that is not Io rune(i couldn't believe my eyes myself too), it's

Jo Rune
Can be Inserted into Socketed Items

Weapons: Slows Target by 25%
Helms: Increase Maximum Life 5%
Armor: Increase Maximum Life 5%
Shields: +50 to Life

Required Level: 65
Item Version: Expansion

If anybody didn't already know Jo=Jah in 1.07...
I think it's the first reported in SPF, but i know there was another in other forum,also found from councils.

It turns into normal jah rune unfortunately(or maybe even fortunately since i doubt it would work in runewords elsewise)

Sweet rune Naab. Any plans for it yet?

@luskan, a few of the elemental-based Martial Arts skills/builds benefit quite a bit from +skills (like a Phoenix Striker), but some of the other skills/builds... not so much.


And since I'm here, I'll officially report that I found my first Sander's Paragorn the other day. I'd traded for one for my grail before, but this is the first I've ever found.
