Advice on fishymancers armor choice.

I was wondering if any fishymancers out there uses Bone runeword instead of Skin of Vipermagi? ..is the extra skill point worth 2 um?. Im not rich enough to make anything else and i do favor +skills

If recommended what would be the best suited armor to use?

Use Skulders until you can afford Enigma.

Good idea blizzatch, thanks. I'm always inclined to go for power over mf on my builds, but i think a summoner is the 1 exception to this.

I'll probably make a Bone if I can't create another 'Nigma (my friend is currently using the one we made). Either way, Skulder's is superior for MFing if you're walking or something to switch to when killing a boss with Nigma.

I don't see myself not MFing with my Fishy, but if there's some wierd shortage of Skulders or I don't need to MF with him, I'd make Bone.

There isn't much use for it, though. Even Trang's Armor is a good alternative. I don't see why such an expensively-made armor would be made an option. Maybe for poor PVPers?

I use Trang's myself. +2 summoning skills is a nice bonus for such cheap armor, and I don't mf with my fishy.

I'd agree if the runeword gave a defense bonus. Even if it's just +100% Defense it'd help a lot in my mind. I mean, there's a reason why people don't wear White armor past level 5.
