Eschuta's is +2 and +1, Ormus' Robe is Fire Bolt/13 cold/15 lightning/10 fire.

Well, I've been doing this for a few ladders now, always with similar prices. This ladder there does seem to be a lot of other people selling stuff for pgems at way under market value, not sure why the change from previous ladders. Though, most of them don't accept Ral/Amn/Sol in place of pgems either.

Sometimes it's hard to tell the value of an item, because it's only useful in special cases, so people don't trade them very often. Demon Limb is a bit like that, although I've traded a few in the past for about that price.

PS: I partially agree with Avendiel on the prices of some of these items :\

For example: I've never seen the IK maul cost more than 8 pgems, I just got mine for 3. Aren't they the most common elite set/unique drop or something? I've seen Windhammer go for 1 pgem too, same with sig's shield and some others.

Yeah, I agree, it's a little tricky and there's no "set price" for anything---it's worth what people will pay for it. If you can get what you're asking, more power to you :P
