Which would you use?

Made 2 Crafted Amulets so far, and both came out relatively decent, considering.

Not now I'm stuck on which one of the two I should use.

Stats below:

Storm Noose
+1 to Cold Skills (Sorceress Only)
6% Faster Cast Rate
+14 to Mana
Regenerate Mana 10%
All Resistances +13
Half Freeze Duration

Ghoul Collar
5% Faster Cast Rate
+4 to Life
+16 to Mana
Regenerate Mana 9%
Cold Resist 18%
Lightning Resist 18%
Fire Resist 38%
Poison Resist 18%
11% Damage Taken goes to Mana

I'm more inclined to lead towards the Storm Noose myself, but want to see what other people think.

Realy depends on what class your using and what your doing.

First one if you want +1 skill second one if you need beter Res.

Personally I would go with the first one:
+1 skl
a little more FCR
a little more mana regen
a little less res but still significant enough

If you play cold sorceress or a hybrid with cold skills, than simply go for the one with +1 cold skill. The resistances are bit lower, but all else looks just fine.

Yeah, I primarily use Frozen Orb for soloing and am finsihing up my Meteor/Fireball now.
