Who cares what they did in our world, this is diablo and he is a new class whether you like it or not. If you don't like him don't play as him, there will be 4 other classes you can choose

Who cares if hes hunched hes an ooga booga creepy witchdoctor and he's awesome! His skills look and and sound awesome and i love his witchdoctor speak as he casts. I like him alot more than the crappy old generic necro.

I dont think its like he has Parkinsons but I like the track you're on when you say that he has some kind of mental instability trying to escape. It's a lot like the power that he harnesses is so powerful he trembles trying to control himself.

Kinda like when you're so drunk you're struggling not to drool, but in a kind of a different light :P

Ever watch those shows about tribalistic rituals and such? There's a lot of jerky, almost twitchy motions in those, and the people almost look like they're in a trance. I think that's what they were going for with the WD.

Except he's not doing rituals, he's just standing there.

He could be possesed, or receiving a spirit. Whatever it certainly adds to the character, I think he is great on blizzard's page. I prefer him that way than with all those feathers in the gameplay video.

Actually, Streetshark you couldnt be more wrong. Witch Doctors were just another name for African shaman or "medicine men". They were known not only for their ability to communicate with the spirits of the dead, but for the ability to cure evils inflicted by the devil.
