Yes. They are marvellous examples of crpgs. Great choices and consequences, good quests and marvellous humor. Turn-based combat makes it all more enjoyable in my opinion, but some people hate it. Fallout 2 is more about the gags than Fallout 1 is. Play them in order.

That's what I'm looking for. And yes, I believe it will be like that in Fallout 3. I'm an optimistic person.
