    Running bosses... walking... -_-''

So... I have my little summoner... He's great!!! Well, I can easily end game alone, but in 8 players' games I suck! minions are virtually immortals even in 8p games, but their dmg is toooooooo low!!!!
By the way, the question is:
I want to run something (i.e. the countess for runes), but I can't tele and walking to the countess or wherever is really boring! Any solution? Any simple to find running spots? How are Pindle? "Get enigma" is not an answer :P

    Thanks!

The Pits - use the Outer Cloister waypoint. Easy monsters, large area (good for CE) and usually no physical immunes there.
Pindle/Shenk/Eldritch - should only take a moment to run these three superuniques. Pindle's garden is also a good place to raise skeletons.
Travincal - watch out for those, as they can be nasty. Decrepify is a great curse here.
The Chaos Sanctuary - Iron Maiden can crush part of your army, but you can just raise more minions. Abuse Corpse Explosion here.
Andariel - relatively small walk and a relatively easy boss as well. Decrep her and she falls quickly.

Everything other than these might be a little too dangerous or too far from the waypoints. I don't recommend games with more than 4 players, as even fully decked necros can struggle in such games.

The Pits are in the Tamaho Highlands. Start from the Outer Cloister WP in act I and walk backwards along the road. One way goes to the Marsh, one to the Pits.

Shenk/Eldritch might as well so you don't switch games so quickly.

In SP we use the /players command. On Bnet I guess you need additional keys or join games where people are playing.

I agree when playing untwinked, but I had a 'decked out' summoner last season, and even players 8 wasn't hard.

I have decided to play this season untwinked, the advice everyone has given is spot on. I start at pindle (to get skellies) then I do eldritch/shenk. After that the pits and countess. I try to stay away from Chaos sanc., because untwinked my merc does almost all killing, and he 1 hits himself on iron maiden. I have had some luck using confuse to counter this though, so I might start chaos running soon. Clearing out the world stone keep, and mephy are good too. Actually cows are great for a necro as CE will kill all cows on the screen, I have only had luck finding runes in cows though.

I try to clear all of the areas that I can, as it makes the most out of the time I spent raising my army.

If you've got access to Thundergod's Vigor Worldstone Keep is a great place for a summoner to walk. High level area, interesting monster spawns, and you get to kill baal at the end. I used to love it and I didn't even use the light absorb belt.

see, he wants you to visit more often

if you have trouble with iron maiden, use revive on monsters with a ranged attack or skele-mages. or try a curse that will occupy those monsters (attract, confuse, dim vision - not sure what would work best).

I have been using confuse, I don't believe that it works on the Oblivion Knights, but they seem to not cast when thier buddies are confused. Revives do help, because when all the skellies die, you still have a few tanks.

Doesn't work on Oblivion Knights, Minions of Destruction, Champions, Possessed Monsters, uniques and Super Uniques.

Witch Doctor = top half of a Flayer Shaman = cracked-out, grass-wearing, jungle hobo = bobbing clown who vomits leaves a.k.a. Bobo the clowning village idiot. And people thought Necromancers had an image problem.
