Is it possible to shop a Trickster's Hand Scythe of "anything" and have +3 lightning sentry as staffmod

I know Fara and Ezile(act2 gamble guy) can sell Hand scythes in nm

If its possible for tricksters and 3light sentry to spawn on a hand scythe when shopping and what is the odds to getting it?

Best level on char to have highest chance of it to spawn?

Use a character as high as possible. More elites and exceptionals will show up, and normal and lower exceptional claws cannot have staffmods. And shop Anya, much faster to reset by using the portal.

Why would you want Hand Scythes when Greater Talons have the fastest speed?

yep. (Though the AS will say scissors katars do too but that's incorrect.)

Your best bet may well be gambling since Anya doesn't sell hand scythes.

The answer is yes it's possible but extremely difficult. I'd reccomend using a high level character to do this, good luck.
