Prefix and Suffix Groups

Is it possible to have +x skills to a class AND a +x skills to a tree of a class?

For rares, according to Arreat Summit, "only one Prefix or Suffix will be picked per Prefix or Suffix group." When you check the general Magic Prefixes for +skills page though, "+ All Skill Levels" is listed as one group and "+ Skill Tab Levels" is listed as another group, where the former is a +skill to a class and the latter a +skill to a tree of a class. Are these considered separate groups, which would then allow a rare item to have +2 to a class and +2 to a tree?

Yes, you can have +2 char skills and +3 tree skills.

Some items (amazon bows, javelins) have + skill tabs as an automod so you can have +2 all skills or +3 tab skills on top of that (hence +6 jav skill javelins). However, you cannot have + all skills and + tab skills on the same rare otherwise.
