Public PvP Java Zone

I've been lurking around the amazone forums and I can't seem to find up-to-date guide for PvP Javazones.

I'm looking for a guide to make a javazone for public PvP games, which main ability should be charged strike.
Would be nice with the guide including gear, stats etc.

P.S. it's not because it date from 2004 that it is outdated. Close to noting has changed since then.

Ah I looked that one through, it just seemed too old to be still good.
