aboutdo you guys know this old school pvp glitch?

my friend told me that in 1.09 ppl used to stack fire dmgs (charms)
because the fire dmg stacking has a glitch: -DR. (so zons in 1.09 would use wf+full of fire dmg charms)
he told me there is no website that explains this bug in details, its just some old school pvp since 1.09
but he isnt sure about if this glitch still exist in the game.
do u guys know about this ?

Reason why players used fire damage charms prior to 1.10 was because fire damage caused stun.
