Crafting Question

I have a question about crafting caster amulets. I know that gambled amulets from lvl 93 characters are all high enough ilvl to get +2 skills, so I had my friend gamble me a ton of ammys. I have a 88 char that I was going to use to actually do the crafting, though.

My question is, should I hold off on crafting those ammys until I get my din up to 93, or can I craft with similar odds with my 88 now. I imagine it would take me a few days of baals to get to 93, but I could do it rather quickly I guess.

Someone help me out, all the crafting equations make my brain hurt.
