First Time Boss Drops

I know that after I defeat Andariel the first time, I talk to Wanev and travel east, I will continue to get first time drops from Andariel. Can I do this with Meph. and Bhaal? As long as I don't pick up Meph's soulstone, will I continue to get first time drops? Thanks.

No it doesn't work for any Boss other than Andy. (It's basically a "bug".)

For any other quest boss however, you can create a game with a character that has done the quest, then kill the quest boss with a character that has not done the quest, to get the same result.

This is commonly known as "First Dropping" or FD'ing.

Eh once you killed Mephisto in your game, thats it, quest completed. Same with Baal. And there's a guide on Mephisto Quest Drops Glitch in the sorc strategy sub-forum. Like MasterMynd said, get someone that completed the quest to make the game, then you kill. I always do that with my friend on Baal =) Hope this helps
