Yeah kinda, I had 12 or was it 13% ed naga but I tossed it because unless it's 15% you're probably not gona end up selling it in the end anyway.

A shifter could put that axe to great use, actually. It may not be perfect, but they are only putting Shaels in it, so it's worth hanging on to. Someone would want it.

From my understanding warcry barbs really need 10 FCR in their amu. Not 100% sure though since the build is unfamiliar to me.

The quick answer is: If they have two spirits, then they do not need it on the ammy. If they only have one spirit, then chances are they do.

They work on the same FCR table as sorcs, so they are aiming for 105 when it comes to LLDing. Viper, FCR belt, 2x Spirits take care of that easily enough. However, if they only are using one Spirit hitting 105 becomes much more difficult, making FCR on the amulet a major bonus.

Usually because Sorc damage is so pitiful in LLD. +2 skill tree is preferred.

+2 cyclone armor isn't quite oak sage, but this does save you two points... I'd personally use this as a temp until a 2 socketed +2 shapeshifting +3 fury helm graces your presence.

My understanding is that some people would prefer the hsarus setup on a level 9 and need the half freeze. The max 2 str stat is nice (and max), rep +5 is very important in softcore (iirc.) When I built my 9's I prefered high nagels or rare rings with 80+AR.

That being said, I'd use this on a hsarus setup, but i'd wait for an expert's opinion to see if the AR hit is worth it. (You're getting a big chunk from hsa anyway...)
