Is ceglaws just that much better? Not worth the added range+bloodfist capabilities?
You got it. 50% deadly strike tops out everything except for a 5os scepter with good +skills or a rare scepter with at least eth/repair, 2os, and preferably ctc amp.
No one (zealot) would care about the range nor would they use bloodfists.
If you want yours broken down a bit further; it has one socket more than Clegclaw's. Every other mod is insignificant; ed% is small compared to the amount of ed% a zealot would already have, the ias gives it the same speed as cleglaw (-10), the base AR is nice, but unneeded, -requirements is wasted mod, and poison isn't going to help vs most 18s since they wear death's gloves. Lastly the listed damage 13-24 is not significantly higher than cleg's 3-19 and that's before you take into acount cleg's +max and deadly strike.

Just found a rare jewel the other day level 30 req with
6 min damage
44 attack rating
3 to dexterity
24 fire resist
Any use or is it charsi food?
It's an alright jewel, but not for LLD purposes.
found another rare jewel. 7 defense 5 strength 7 dex -15% requirements lvl 28. Any use?
Yes it is good, but I'm not sure how good it is. I believe 9 dex is possible, but not sure about strength.
I guess technically this would be MLD, but have a level 48 req weapond
