Why is #6 bad btw? Aren't 24 fhr Artisan's armors used on some lld builds? It is just that the armor is too heavy and/or takes too much str to wear?

I suppose Druid hats need life and +3 'Nado as a minimum, right? And the shield would need blockmods and good ed%?
