OTF Personality Thread: lioness

Ok, here is the next edition of the OTF Personality Threads. The subject for this edition is Thelioness.

First, some ground rules.

You MUST of course obey all forum rules.

Keep it clean, do not mindlessly flame the subject at hand, but also be honest.

The goal of this thread is to let the subject know how they are viewed by the readers of this forum.

Let them know how you perceive their personality, what you think of their posting style.

Lurkers are MORE than welcome to participate in these threads, it will be interesting to find out what people who merely read and do not participate themselves think of the forum members here.

This can get out of hand fairly easily, and if so, they will have to stop, so lets have some self restraint and use common sense about what you are actually going to type.

So, OTF, what do you think of Thelioness?

She's the web-savvy version of my view of the standard American Mom.

She seems a very normal, level-headed person. In fact I don't think she's ever gone ballistic here (or real life :laugh: ).

Edit: I should mention, I like having Nessy around

Nessy is nice, she reminds me of a female version of Amra in chat, always keeping the peace. She also knows when to put in a good one liner.

Very articulate, very calm, and very classy poster. I read every post she makes, and they always contribute to the discussion at hand. As I've said before, though I've never seen a picture of her, and though she's not outright sexual/flirty on this forum, I see her as the sexiest woman here. But, it's sexy with class. As with a couple of other posters, I admire her devotion to her children, and the fact that she doesn't use this forum to gripe about her husband (who, being a man, certainly does things worth griping about).

Overall, a great poster and one of the top members on this forum.

I've known nessy for a lot of years now. 6 or 7... give or take. I am not even sure.

She is one of the most well grounded, well reasoned, and smartest people I know.

This place is better for nessy.

And she has been a great friend to me when I have needed it.

In the past when I have wanted to go off on someone in a bad way, I have stopped myself and wondered what she would say. I check myself against her.

She has been great to me. We can be serious and also fun at the same time.

I trust nessy with things and I am honored, truly, that she trusts me.

I am better for knowing her.

I guess that is all I can really say. Except....

I have always enjoyed reading Thelioness's posts as well as her responses. Her opinions have always been well worded and intelligent. She has also always been good at providing background knowledge in threads when some of the information may have been puzzling or obscure. The OTF is a much richer place when thelioness graces the forums.
