Necro's merc: What helm?

How goes?

My Necro is a Summon/Bone armor Synergy type.
My merc is act1, using Faith bow and Bramble armor.
Can't decide on the helm though. Should I use mav's Diadem for ias or Guillaume's face for CB? in both cases, I'll be adding an ias jewel to the ehlm.

And FYI: Don't suggest I use a act2 merc. I really detest paying to revive my merc, and act1 never dies unless I do.

ias would be useful in making the most of the bow dmg but CB will be a massive boss killer. also i assume the merc is just an aura shell and not really the dmg hitter anyways, in which case i suggest CB route.

i guess it depends what runs you are doing? pits or bosses?

Keys and Ubers. Soon to Uber Trist as well. So the CB route sounds good then.

What kind of damage per shot are you getting with that act 1 merc set up?

just a note - i believe CB is nerfed in bows or with bowazons, can't remember which - 1/20 of health of bosses seems to ring a bell with me (half the effectiveness?).

Yes CB is nerfed when shooting arrows.
