does it matter where i put my skill points into or does it all balance out in the end? for my necro ive put all my points into skeleton mage and upgrade skeletons. for my amazon ive been doin random ones lol. also what stats should i be concerned with?

Ive put links for guides for both char types you are playing. Yes it does matter where you alot your skills to make your char strong and powerfull. And yes you should be concerned with stats you need balance. Search some of the builds inside of each link.

And it looks like you want to play a fishymancer/skellimancer for your necro by what you have said. Just read the guides they are helpfull.
