you CAN sync with just charge+vigor, but hitting spots like in the video is kind of rare with just that, so there are methods that "help" your sync so you can more forcefully apply it during duels :>

So you mean that you should use more auras then just vigor? a just read smt posted years ago somebody said there is no methods to help you synch it's just to mix up things to be unpredictable and make smart moves.
