RS problem

i have lv 4 RS, but i can only raise 3 -.-
and i also did the "-act5" cheat and maxed RS in single player, and i couldnt raise 20, why is that?

Because you can raise one skellie for your first three skill points. After that every extra skellie needs another three skill points. You won't see the next skellie until you have invested 6 skill points.

but i thought the max number of skellies is 20? if i have lv 20 rs, how many skellies will i have?

Your guide is way outdated.

Now you get less skellies, but they are far more powerful and are actually useful now as opposed to in earlier versions.
I highly recommend reading NIghtfish's guide in the stickies - it explains pretty much everything you could possibly want to know about summoners.

RS @ 20 will get you 8 skellies I think, with the 9th coming at lvl 21 - like that creepy insect said, 1 per level for the first 3 points, then one for every 3 levels after that
