NPC lost of speech?

Hi all, I was playing sp mode..defeated nm diablo and tped back to town..cain had a exclaimation mark on top of his head so i went over and clicked on him..but somehow it was as if he was talking but there was no sound nor text box poping out. i checked the options and the speech + text was turned on..is this a bug?

please help..thanks in advance!

You can get bugs like this if you have the RRM (red rune mod) installed and it is for the wrong version. I had similar difficulties when i installed RRM for classic and was playing LOD.

Somehow, I don't think there's an RRM (or RWM for that matter) for classic...

hmm right..im playing 1.11 and i THINK* im using the latest version of it..well now i know the reason of that..thank you very much..ill be able to sort it out from here..btw just realised i posted in the wrong forum..sorry guys and thanks for the help!
