Anyone ever heard of or tried this game? Or maybe currently still play it? It's actually a pretty fun game.
Smeg plays it.
I still play on the Venice Server. It's the absolute best free MMORPG there is.
I'm playing a lvl 37 glaive user with some serious SOM armor and a sweet SOS glaive. Plussed everything myself. I also make a killing being a Weapon Elixir merchant and I'm heavily into selling elements. I figured out how to get a ton of Wind 2 with very little effort.
Wasn't there quite a long thread about this not too long ago?
Yeah, I was trying to convince the schlubs playing World of Warcrack to come over to a better game
I used to play it when it first came out, but I just got the urge to look in to it again and now with the euro expansion it looks pretty interesting. I made my first character last night and got it to 8 but I only made the character to get a feel for the game again and I think i'm going to make a rogue now. Do you level faster doing the quests that come up, or just run out in to the world and grind grind grind. Back when it first came out, all of the quests were bugged, so the only way to level was to grind.
I do the quests as long as they're at my level and worth it. Getting the jewels from the robbers isn't one of those.
To give you an idea as to how badass a character can be with decent gear, when I hit lvl 32 and got my SOS glaive I was then suddenly able to make it from DW to Hotan myself. Until then I needed somebody with me just to keep from dying. Now that I'm a few levels higher and with additional SOM protectors I'm regularly going after stuff that's 8-10 level higher than I am.
To have some real crazy fun, get to lvl 35 and then take screenshots of yourself escaping from Niya Snipers. I have some great screenshots of doing that kind of thing. I want to see the Roc but I'm not a high enough level yet to even be allowed in there. It sucks, I know I can bravely run away long enough to get some good screenshots.
Are you a full STR glaive?
I'm thinking about going 2:1 (str:int) rogue/bard...
What level do you think it's best to start adding points in to a second class? As in, start off as a rogue and then at level xx start putting points in to the bard skills.
Pure str glaive. I don't care for the European characters so I'm not the one to as about that.
I think that a good 65% of the entire population of people playing (europe and china combined) are pure str glaive users LOL They are all over the damn place.
