    Copy & paste:

Crushing Blow reduces a target's life by a certain fraction:

Normal Monster hit with a melee weapon: 1/4
Normal Monster hit with a ranged weapon: 1/8
Boss/Champion Monster hit with a melee weapon: 1/8
Boss/Champion Monster hit with a ranged weapon: 1/16
    Player/Hireling hit with a melee weapon: 1/10
    Player/Hireling hit with a melee weapon: 1/20

    Player/Hireling hit with a melee weapon: 1/10
    Player/Hireling hit with a melee weapon: 1/20

In this case, isn't CB sometimes a disadvantage? Most archers will do more damage than 1/16 (champion) or 1/20 (PVP) in a single shot.

Even a melee attacker facing a champion usually does more damage than 1/8 with a good weapon. Especially if you consider, it's 1/8 of what's left, not the full HitPoint. Should CB be avoided except for act bosses?
