Been playing Diablo 2 again for the first time in years and finally got my pally to hell but having problems with PIs. I kill them but it takes ages right now, so I'd like some help as what to do with them.

Also, I'm wonder about what the best pieces of gloves, belt & boots would be for this character.

Build is like this at the moment at level 81:
20 Vengeance
20 Holy Shield
20 Fanaticsm
10 Resist Cold
10 Resist Lightning
(going to put 10 in Resist Fire and then I've got 10-11 skill points I'm undecided about)

Equipment:
Head: Vampire Gaze (socketed with ist)
Body: Chains of Honor(Embossed plate)
Gloves: Chance Guards(Upped once)
Belt: Goldwrap(Upped once)
Boots: Aldur's Advance(still use them from when I was also using Aldur's Mace)
Weapon: Famine(Battle Hammer, doing 3k-5k dmg a hit atm)
Shield: Sanctuary(Swapping to Herald of Zakarum when I find one)
Necklace: Blood Recipe with decent mods
Ring 1: Raven Frost
Ring 2: Blood Recipe with quite nice mods

Merc is an Act2 Defiance with a Doom & Chains of Honor
