Help me pick a build, Pandora style~

You know Pandora, the internet-radio-type thing that tries to guess what music you like based on other music you like. I appeal to those of you who may have some similar tastes but more experience to advise me!

    Some builds I've enjoyed:
    Frenzybarb
    Zealot
    Blizz sorc
    LF/CS zon
    Trapper 'sin

    Ones I'd say were okay:
    Fishymancer
    Meteorb
    Tesladin
    WW barb
    Hammerdin

    And not so fun:
Poison necro (though I don't have the uber gear for one)
    Windy
    Summoner druid
    TS 'sin

So what's my next logical step? You decide! (Or just suggest your favorite build, logic be damned!) All input appreciated

    Glass cannon dexazon

0 in vit all in dex - max strafe and use a hot bow like WWS or Buriza for pierce.

Makes for a excellent choice and more than capable of end game

Or a melee sorc - always like the look of but never built

what about a ranger pally ?

Only need a fast bow, as damage will be elemental. I prefer to max cold, lite and their 2 main synergies. No points at all in combat skills :-)

There is also a unique normal bow that reduces enemy cold res by up to 35% (can't remember the name - sorry)

They're fun to play as well.

A Fireclaws Bear, obviously. You've enjoyed strong & fast melee builds and casting characters with one type of damage maxed. Fireclaws gives you both.

    The build is pretty simple:
get a few points in Lycanthropy (enough for comfortable duration)and Shockwave (enough for 8-second stun). Next, get all your points in FC and its synergies. If you want more safety put a few more points in Lycanthopy or get an Oak Sage.
Gear is not too hard to get. You'll need Jalals and Ribcracker as a fast weapon. Otherwise focus on CB and resists.

Hammerdin - everyone should have a bit of cheese in the fridge.

That sounds good! I've been hoping for a WWS, no luck yet though. I'll keep trying.

Interesting, wouldn't have thought of it. What bow would you recommend?

    A Fireclaws Bear, obviously.
Good idea! And I have a Ribby and Jalal's like you mentioned.. and I've never played a shapeshift druid.

I like TheBhoy's suggestion, but have a pretty obvious one of my own: the Fury Wolf.

Reasons why this build was selected: A common strand in the builds that you enjoyed were competitive crowd control that didn't feel like you were necessarily on auto-pilot - unlike, say the various summoner builds that you tried out, the Windy, or really any of the builds on the "though was okay" list. Trappers, Zealots, Frenzybarbs and LF Zons all share the ability to control crowds with the caveat that there are crowds which can't be contained by the build, which leads to more interesting decisions in gear/skills/merc and less "Tele-Shift-Hammer-Hammer-Hammer-Hammer." You like a more hands-on, dare-I-say dangerous approach - you don't mind getting your hands dirty, as long as it's a fair fight. Which brings us to your "do not want" list - all builds that specialize more in single targets or in tedious kill methods (I'm looking at you, Windy).

Now, the Fury Wolf may turn out to be too much like the Zealot for your tastes - I note the inclusion of the Tesladin on the lukewarm list - but the decisions between Heart of Oak/Wolverine, various support skills, and cool factor of being a MFing (Hint: Not Magic Find) WEREWOLF may tip the scales for you. Also, you can use a Buriza like TheBhoy suggested. Win win!

Builds to definitely avoid: Singer Barb, Avenger Pally, Fire Druid (which falls into the same category as the poison Necro, I imagine), Bone Necro, Conc/Zerker Barb.

I was thinking about the idea of having an Enchant/Blizz sorc. I don't know how good it'll be, but the build will look a lot like a blizzballer, except replace all ball spells and synergies with enchant. If you use a bow like demon machine, then you'll essentially be a blizzballer with weirder gear and a piercing gun (and likely less damage, but meh!!)

For added fun, you could have a rogue merc enchanted, then teleport all over the place and watch flying arrows of death materialize out of thin air!

Sorry, made a slight mistake. Ribcracker is for a Maul / Hunger bear. FC bears normally use a Shaeled Phase Blade. Though it's useful to have Ribcracker on switch for Fire Immunes and Life Leach.

What about Hydra Sorc with some point in static and Frozen orb.

Or if you are courageous enough a dual nova sorc...
