If you take a deeper look at the german ias calculater, you'll notice that it doesn't list throw. Those numbers you have there are actually the throw breakponts, listed as the "normal" attack in the german calc. In a sense it's correct that that is the "normal" way to attack with a javelin :azn:
In any case, the numbers in these tables are primarily from the amazon basin, rounded up to the practical bp. With practical bp I mean:
ias = 10 + 5x
(x a positive integer)
This way of writing allowed me to remove some of the bps that you'll actually never hit and thous making the tables smaller consisting only of the relevant information. For example you can look at the Spear Impale table (table 23), without this way of writing the "no fana" table would have gotten 34 rows (48-14). Instead I've removed the bps on 1 ias or similar etc, that you'll never hit anyway, and all in all the table is only 26 rows long.
The exact numbers can still be calculated using the EIAS tables if needed, for example if you are playing with a fana using paladin in party and therefor have a fana level not listed.
Errors fixed now, sorry about the delay.
Please do tell if you find any further errors. Also taking suggestions to new tables that *should* be in the thread.
What do you think of these? (originally made for another purpose but might fit in this thread later too

how many monsters do you need to be facing for each level of strafe and for each ias bp to avoid next delay?
hahaha that'll keep you busy.
Has anyone made a setup for 95% ias for max breakpoints for javalin throw and melee?
95% is melee max
and 90% is throw
So
15%: Thunderstroke
20%: Gloves rare
20%: Ammy highlord or cat's eye
15%: Helm jewel 15 ias/something
15%: Shield jewel 15 ias/something
is 85%
Probably I am using using CoH or enigma for armor so that leaves
10%: goldwrap
is there any other ways assuming I'm using a runeword without ias for my armor?
Rare javelins can come with up to 30 ias iirc, and magic ones 40. 6 skill/40ias ones are used in pvp and hellishly valuable if you ever find one.
Other then that it's also possible to drop the ss in some duels, in favor of a shield with more sockets for more ias jewels, a friend of mine uses a JMoD with 60 ias/60 res iirc.
Set combo can give you 25-30 ias instead of the 20 a glove gives alone. IK boots + gloves = 25, sigon boots + gloves = 30.
Why is there a gap in the listing for Strafe IAS Breakpoints on Bows? The dashes... between 5 IAS and 15 IAS under WSM[-10]Code:No Fanaticism Aura Strafe Sequence -10 0 5 10 7,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4+8 0 7,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4+7 0 5 6,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3+7 0 0 10 15 6,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3+6 5 15 20 30 5,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3+6 - - 35 45 5,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3+5 15 30 40 50 5,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3+4 40 60 70 80 4,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2+5 60 90 105 120 4,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2+4 80 115 135 160
BTW Great job with the tables. Were there any anomalies you encountered when you were finding out these values? Was there a breakpoint or sequence you found that was surprising, one you didn't expect to find?

The ias tables only show those breakpoints that you can actually hit. In the -10 column the dash between 5 and 15 ias simply means that you cannot hit that bp, 10 ias would not be enough to hit it, and 15 is high enough to take you to the one after it. However in other columns you can hit it so I haven't removed that row. If there is no column that can hit a certain bp I remove the row to make the table smaller.
The EIAS table instead contains all breakpoints, so you can still calculate the values in between from those.
Hmm hard question, knew somewhat what most bps' should be before I made the tables so wasn't too surprised. Maybe about the javelin normal and throwing bps, though at first that they'd be the same but turns out they're just pretty similar.
added to the Useful info section of the build guide sticky today and unstuck.
Rose: You're an alien? You sound like you're from the North.
Doctor: LOTS of planets have a North!!!
can ne1 help me with the ias bps of the lacerator throwing axe?
