ISO 4os sacred targe with decent base res

I want a new pally spirit! So a 4os or already spirited sacred targe is in order. Decent base res is key (30 base is doable. 40+ is what I'm aiming for)

What I have for trade includes:

175 poison large charm
+1 druid skill, +17 str, +10 dex, +15 cr, +6 fr amulet

I hear you're in the market for keys and I see you have a Amatorch available. Just wondering if we can make a deal. I'm on *New2TheGame20 right now, the keys are on *21 and I'm actively leveling a character in nightmare on *23 (where PGems are, as well, but 40 are spoken for on War Traveler).
