Anyone already found a mat bow with +6 to all skills and 20ias? If you get two sockets from lazurk. this gives you +6 skill and 60ias. Just wondering how good it would be for a low cost frost maiden, the equivalent of a +6/40ias javalin for a lightning fury amazon.
Eventhough it isn't rare, I find it be quite rare. Get it?

A rare +3 MB or GMB with +2 ama would be way sexier though.

after having compared melody to harmony (on a frost maiden) i'm left wanting more from a bow than just +skills. harmony outpreformed melody in every way except for ias. as a starter the +6 bow would be great, no doubt, but i wouldnt go out of my way to use it. i'd think it'd have to be rare and have nice supporting stats.

you have to pick up magic bows to find one with the archer's affix....not many people bother.

That'd be why then, although I do pick up magic MB's and GMB's when they vrey rarely drop.

I have a 3+skill Gmb with 'Melody' in it.

+50% Enhanced Damage
+300% Damage To Undead
+3 To Bow and Crossbow Skills (Amazon Only)
+3 To Critical Strike (Amazon Only)
+3 To Dodge (Amazon Only)
+3 To Slow Missiles (Amazon Only)
20% Increased Attack Speed
+10 To Dexterity
Knockback

Would this be good for an elemental zon, like a frostmaiden? Or would 'Ice' be better?

for the ko, harmony is better. i made both and tested and the +3 skills more doesnt outweigh the vigor, 55-160 cold damage, 200-275% ed or the other elemental damage that harmony adds. there's also 2 mana per kill the added + to valk and revive charges to play with. i've literally tested the two bows side by side, both in +3 mat bows and harmony wins out in every respect except for ias of which there's only 20% on melody so that's easily made up on other gear when using the harmony.

once you get high enough to use ice it's better than either, but harmony once again wins out
