Is two frame follow up kicks possible?

i am refering to dragon talon follow up kicks, i mean if i was to use a faith merc etc...

can it be done?

Sadly, it can't. The maximum speed the follow kicks will ever reach is 3 FPA.

The only way a Sin can reach a 2 FPA attack is with a Bearsin build. You use a Beast to morph into a bear, and then make sure your attacking weapon is -30 WSM that reaches 95% IAS right from the weapon. (Like a "Jeweler's Runic Talon of Quickness" socketed with 2 Shaels and xx/15% Jewel). No other sources of IAS will ever work beside the one from the weapon itself.
