How come i can't hit 75% block on my assasin , i put 331 points in dex but she still only has 60% claw block.
Isn't there a skill that increases claw block?
Because dex doesnt affect claw block, you can increase the block speed of claw block, but not the ctb with anything except points into claw block. 'Else c/c sins would be overpowerd methinks
EDIT: Btw, if I might ask, what kinda sin you makin?
