Search for callmejay's fury mini-guide (I'm assuming this is pvp here).

Otherwise, Jalal's is a solid all around choice (the fr/w would be nice on the circlet, but you'd be missing the fhr which would need to be made up with shaels which give's up on res), though Guillaume's face is worth considering for the extra ds (more so for melee duels). Fortitude should be your primary armour vs melee. You'll most likely want a Stormshield as well for the pdr. A pair of 'rends would be a solid pick for cb gloves, though I'm sure blood gloves could spawn with some very nice mods. As for the weapon & charms, the two are very much related. If you do with a Griswold's caduceus (the 40/15's + lo is a solid choice) you'll want to be using max/life sc's. If you go with a Grief or eBotdz, skill lifers are a good pick (since they have much more base damage to work with for a percentage increase in fury damage).

Hope that helps. Again, a lot of this is in Jay's mini guide, and probably explained a little better.

Jay's 1.11 Vita Fury Wolf Guide

Advanced searches are incredibly useful and time-saving as they allow you to restrict the author, particular forum (druid or trading for example), keyword(s), etc. of a search. They may take a little getting used to, but are well worth it as the general search can sometimes turn up far more information that you'd like to go through to find a particular guide or post.
