1. You're stuck with Boneflesh if you ever want life leech.
2. Blackhorn's Face has 20% instead of the 50% you get with Kelpie/Woestave against act bosses.
3. What are you escaping by using Insight? This build does plenty of damage on it's own, enough to kill Mephisto and Andariel in Hell fast enough to get a temp ban.
3a. If you want more damage, drop the ES/TK part and max Ice Bolt. (Don't do it untwinked unless you're confident)
4. Mana Burn isn't a problem with this build.

Why?

You can't leech with it. Kelpie does piddly damage, so it's not going to leech a whole lot against regular monsters. You may as well maximize the slow or get some form of damage reduction (Rockstopper!).

Blackhorn's Face is also great if you end up in Ancient Tunnels (unleechables, and those charged bolt mages tend to chew up my merks) or Hell Baal (Gloams).

Because he doesn't have any resists (besides fire, obviously) on that gear? And yeah, rockstopper would be even better. Rockstopper (tal), gladiator's bane (sol), kelpie (eth) = win
