    ias in bear form Q.

I tried calculating some for my FC bear.
According to the dragoon's ias calc, I will need 110 ias in a war schyte (-10) and then just 10 ias from other gear to hit 4 frame attack. If I use no ias anywhere else, I'd need 120 ias on the weapon.
Is this correct? I don't know how accurate that calculator is, since I assume it's pre 1.10, sunno if anything changed

with 10% ias you will need 107%ias on the war scythe, with 0%ias you will need 117%ias on the war scythe. This is from that German weapon speed calculator.

Dragoon's is spot-on. You should always assume that it's 100% accurate, with the exception of Feral Rage (Dragoon's listed speed for Feral Rage is way too fast- Feral actually just uses the standard attack breakpoints).

    I don't trust calculator's
I'd prefer to make one and swing it to see for myself, because calc's can be and are wrong sometimes
