I remember back in 1.09 Every channel was full. Like there would be 6 trades channels at times, cow channels were full. Class specific channels were full along with their trade channels. Now yesterday looking at all the channels every single one was empty. Why doesn't people goto the channels anymore. This reminds of Diablo1 when people just stopped going to all the different channels.

Most good channels are now all private, on a good weekday night on east ladder op war.song (a baal channel) and op ggchaos are full or close to full.

Another factor is that Diablo has lost a lot of players over the years and there simply aren't as many people to fill all those channels.

I used to enjoy having actual conversations with people in the channels, now its just bots, noobs demanding rushes, and people wanting to trade.
