Does anyone else prefer detailed hand drawn animation such as disneys robin hood or Princess mononoke over all the 3d- cinema crap like cars & bugs life nowadays?

Yah , but disney movies have lost there luster from what they use to be imo.

Was nothin better then watchin "The sword & the stone" as a kid. Lookin at how good the old hand drawns (before 2000) and comparing it to stuff today is just sad.... pttf wheres all the talent gone.

Got a student party to attend to tomorrow, the theme is cartoons, can anyone guess who I'm gonna be? :azn:

PS. It's not the man I adore the most, but someone from an extremely famous cartoon, but not the main character in that series.

PS. Tip: There are 4 of them. :smiley:

Have you seen the episode where Cartman pretends to be a robot from Japan named AWESOM-O, fooling Butters? Saw it today, hillarious! (S08E02 iirc)

i thought bugs life and toy story and monsters inc were far better films than early hand drawn stuff, although admittedly, cars etc were terrible :smiley:

I like the classic Disney films that are hand drawn. Some of the 3D animation ones are decent too. :grin:
