Yea I loved the humor used in those books. Some very epic moments in there

Pretty much everything by George R.R. Martin is a good read.

It's a story/book/diary from the point of view of an child with asperger syndrom and it's OUTSTANDING...a stunningly good read. But i still suggest 1001 nights because it's just an awesome series

Edit: The curious incident book is by Mark Haddon and 1001 nights..well, check this link. It involves a lot of storytelling inside stories which are being told by other storytellers from other stories. Known by most just as Arabian Nights and i can always keep reading for fun

    Cheers.
That book was HORRIBLE! I was forced to read it for school but only managed a few pages. It was tottally worth not reading it and get a crappy mark for it. It's such a stupid story and the lead character is so annoying. Avoid this book at all costs.

U could try: "Shogun" by James Clavell
the action takes place in feudal Japan - probably the best book i have read or
"The Dark Tower" by Stephen King.

    Clavell is good as well.
Japan-wise, the Musashi is obvious .)

Преступление и наказание Prestupleniye i Nakazaniye by Фёдор Миха́йлович Достое́вский

is the best book ever. It's long, awesome and just great.

Oh, if you don't speak russian it's Crime & Punishment by Fyodor Mikhaylovich Dostoyevsky.

A Russin classic by Fjodor Michajlovič Dostojevsky - Zločin a trest.
Tough reading I must say...read it first when I was 13 during my teen "intellectual" period

New episodes of Californication!!! Hank Moody is my idol!

KremBanan is actually an anti-gentleman. He repels chivalry like an opposing polarity.

@ ThomasJohnson: I have a lot of VB.net experience through uni, but we never got as far as encryption of database connections

As for the book suggestion: have you considered reading through the Diablo series? They are awesome. All pretty dark stories, which I like. Can't really recommend any other books though since I'm not much of a reader.

On a sidenote, my head feels like a stone after last night.

    If you haven't read

1)Max Tucker ‘’I hope they serve beer in hell’’ .. Get that...

2=As someone already suggested: RR martin's A song of fire and ice... Just read it and thank me ( and those other people ) later

    3)Fight club by Palahniuk

4)After the Quake by Haruki Marukami

    5) The Curious Incident of The Dog in The Night-time…. Is a good book.… Hate it or like it applies.. Or something like that… Not a good I’d recommend of bat.

6)David Eddings. Read him awhile ago(5 years?), not really remembering it, but most people I know hate that guy. Accuse him of being both racist and a shallow ****.
But who knows? If I were to read it, I would have read A wheel of time and A song of fire and ice before.

7)Fear and loathing in Las Vegas – Just for the feel of it. The end of the American dream.

    8) A farewell to Arms – Hemingway. + the shortstory ‘’ The Killers’’

9)Stephen king. Most books. Some say his writing has deteriorated with the years… I wouldn’t confirm this, but I wouldn’t deny it either.
His Dark-Tower series is something I began reading.. and haven’t finished. But probably a good series…. Much more raw than his later stuff… But perhaps that’s just bull**** from my side.

    10) American Psycho and Less Than Zero. Bret Easton Ellis.

I’d also aquire A clock work Orange and Brave New World.
