Its good to know that atleast some of you know your whiskey

Whiskey can be strong and then 'paralizes' your 'taste-abilities' (dunno the english word here). The water makes you taste it better.
Same goes for ice-cubes. Dont use it if you want a good whiskey-experience, the ice cools down the flavours. Thats why water is preffered. But ofc, it looks good to have ice-cubes in the glass

If it comes to quality drinking, drinking for the pleasure and the taste and not just drinking to get hammered i know quite alot

Anyone calling whisky whiskey does not know its way around it. With that said, I'm a fan of Laphroaig and Speyburn. But ofc I don't miss out on a Chivas 21 or anything else like that.

Bourbonwhiskey is only to be tasted with coke.

Whiskysourz is a nice drink.

Well, I have to admit..Im not to perky(?) about the spelling. I care more about the drinking of a good whiskey and a good whisky

Oooh, Chivas 21y. Its a beauty. I have only drinken that 2 times though, mostly because it costs $342.1 pr litre here :cry:

Tell me you don't really mean that dollar sign! It's your norwegian currency right? Still insane price though.

Personally I'm not too keen on whiskey and whisky. I prefer beer or various cocktail/mixes whatever.

It's $342dollars. It's a mouthasm to drink that. Atm I got one Speyburn and half a Laphroaig standing in my bookshelf. It's good enough for the occasional pure whisky.

Chivas 21 is my dads, comes out on birthdays etc.

edit: It's a little cheaper here than in nubway, with their insane prices and taxes, but then again, the salary is higher there, so it evens out.

WTF. 342 dollars really? Seems like an insane waste of money to me. Then again everybody should waste his money on what he wants. I prefer food for a month > 1 bottle of whiskey though
