Lots of people dont like more than 1 piece of Sorb, most necro curses (IM, Tap, and Amp mostly), Slows Target, and mercs. That's all that comes to mind right now.
big difference on situation. And rules might differ from player to player, and from realm to realm. Worth noting is that few follows such rules anyway.
In public games I would "expect" people not to:
-drink healing pots or antidotes during duels.
-nk
-attack a player already dueling someone else
-attack players of far inferior level
But people do those all the time.
In private duels some additional points might be added
-no mana pots
-do not completely negate your opponent by absorb
-say "go" to make sure both are ready
Some might also add
-no life tap
-no charged items
-no slow
Dont over-absorb, dont drink ( anything), FINISH YOUR DAMN DUEL, dont prebuff and say Go. That pretty much sums it up for me.

If you are using any 3PP to duel then it is BM to many.
Otherwise pot/pre-buff/curse/etc all you want.
Marrowwalks are banned on bone necros (doesn't matter if marrow bug doesn't work anymore they're bm cuzx bp charges)
No potions, shrines, wells, mercs, or leaving the moor
NO TELEPORT. This includes charges on items, enigma, AND the sorceress skill. Dragon Flight IS allowed. Enigma can still be worn, but the teleport skill cannot be used. Honestly, cross class skills are bm k
NO use of any skill on CALL TO ARMS. Only barbarians may use BO, shout, or battle command. Barbarians may use CTA to boost their BO if they wish. Only pussies duel with bo.
Off Class Skills other than oak, bo, and teleport ARE allowed unless otherwise stated. I know this doesn't make sense, but deal with it.
NO use of OAK SAGE unless you are a Druid. K?
NO use of BONE PRISON. INCLUDING CHARGES
a. Necros may not use the following skills in any form:
i. BONE SPIRIT (in team duels)
ii. Bone Prison
iii. Amplify Damage
iv. Decrepify
v. Clay Golem
b. Necros MAY use Lower resist and Life tap (no other class can).
c. Bone Necros may have a maximum of 18% DR and NO max resist or absorb items other than 1 ravenfrost and Waterwalks.
B/C EVEN THO THEY SHOULDN'T TELEPORT THEY STILL MENI OVERPOWARD
a. Sorcs may not use the following skills in any form:
i. Teleport
