and i've pretty much paraphrased every post this thread will get.
in terms of shear damage out put i believe that windforce has been proven to have greater output. it depends greatly on your character level, your gear, your merc's gear, whether you're pvp or pvm, and what skill you're using.
help us out, what's your zon's occupation going to be?
It's easier to go hybrid with a faith bow because you'll save on a lot of points that you'd normally put into penetrate if you're using wf or wws.
Otherwise uhmmm, as said above, depends on what you want to do with your ama.
recently started again (3rd time)
on all previous accounts i was packed full of goodys now im horribly poor
the only decent items i have are:
28% nagulring
oculus
ist
and a few other average things like sting of ears
(and perfect gems ofcourse)
hopefully ill be able to get some more stuff together :(
a forge ist and 10-15 pgems can get you a hr or two depending on your realm. also that string of ears if good stats (%ed and mdr) can get you a pretty penny from a lld type person.
if you can only afford one or the other, go with faith. you'd want faith on your merc if you used windforce. of your two posted selections faith (mat bow) is the easiest to gear around. another thing to consider is that often the base is harder to come by than the runes to put in it. maybe a good thing to do would be to make faith in a non zon only bow (shadow is my favorite) and then if you get a wf you can go with that.
