I have a question.

I finished Nightmare on my char, and now I can't join any nightmare games.

Therefore, that means the only way for me to play a multi-player NM game would be to host a NM game myself and have people join, other than that Im restricted to solo or Hell?

If I type name/pass instead of choosing, could I join a NM game?

If you have another character to check for nm games, you can just switch to that and find one that suits your needs, then switch back to your other char that can't see nm games.

I have 2 cd keys so if I happen to make that mistake, I can just check games from the other window.

Like, if my friend make a NM game and I finished NM (Champion), can I join it by typing name/pass?

Yes, or you can use one of your own characters who has beaten normal but not nightmare to check the game list for you. Then you can log on to the character who beat nightmare and type in the game name and pass if there is one.
