i would really like to see some minion duels. only 1 vs 1 so skellies are out.

Shadow master/warrior won't stand a chance against a valkyrie or grizzly. Their arsenal is too scattered and lacking any serious damage dealers.

How about a fully synergized grizzly vs the buffed valk of a pure passive ama...I've put a maxed master against a lvl 17 valk to fight and valk was clearly superior.
Did some claculations.
Lvl51 Grizzly
Life: 7700-10500 (40k with lvl51 Oak Sage)
Dmg: 7412-7600 (36K with HoW)
Lvl48 Valk
Life: 5760-6912
Dmg: +1175% (w/e that means)
Will dodge ~60% of Grizzlys atks.
Im not good at Maths and D2 mechanics, but I think all of that stuff is correct.
It really depends on what the valk spawns with. 99% of the time, the griz will probably win.
Remember every minion have a low AI, and very bad fhr.
I believe a SW would win this one easily. You can boost their trap damage beyond what any Assassin could get, you can still control this minion, and with mind blast, this minion will only die if it decides to use a normal attack in the first hit which is 33% chance, which makes this minion come out on top.
Besides the SW can get 98% (if I remember correctly) percent physical resist with the maximum amount of plus skills. And completely elemental immunity with ease, like the necros revives, and IG.
The match between the Grizzly, and the Valk looks close since the Valk has better defence qualities than the Grizzly, but I guess in a minion battle with the low AI, offence beats defence whereby a Grizzly would probably win due to its fast attacking.
Golems would be a joke in this sort of battle since they don't deal enough damage, and even making an IG out of a good weap would still lack a lot of damage.
So:
#1 Shadow
#2 Grizzly
#3 Valk
#4 Golem
About the Shadow Master I don't know, with 98% physical resist, and knowing these guys tend to use the skills you have most points in I guess it would still win against the Grizzly. The two other minions simply lack attack speed, and the Golems don't deal enough damage.
Btw. isn't there something about in a toe to toe duel Spirit Wolfs > Dire Wolfs > Grizzly due to the numbers and fhr lock?
