What does this mean when you have an item with a bonus of requirements -x?
Do you then need less dex pts for max block?

it means that the requirements (str/dex) 4 equipping the item have been lowered by x%

example is tyreals might, with a lowered requirement of 100%, this means that u need no str/dex 2 equip it. However, this does not lower lvl reqs, so u still need lvl 84 2 use it. I pretty sure it does nothing 2 max block either.

Slack has it right. It basically just lowers the requirements to be able to wield that item.
