Light Sorc...Frozen/Shiver Armor

I am a full light sorce and am wondering if puting a point into frozen or shiver armor is useful. Frozen only takes 1 while Shiver takes 4. I have +13 to all skills so it would mean a 14th lvl armor.

If not an armor then is there anything that is useful besides maxing the last synergy?

This is worth reading. IMO, 4 skill points to get Shiver is way too expensive for a lightning sorc (which requires every possible skill points for synergy), using an orb with +3 Shiver as pre-buff will be much better.

You honestly shouldn't need the Armor unless you are melee.

If this is PvM, 1 in Frozen might be acceptable to freeze melee attackers at initial hit allowing you to continue tele by.

PvP, don't even bother. Defense bonus is garbage, damage dealth is laughable, and all melees should have a CBF, most likely from Raven.

Chilling armor is one of the best things ever, if you're even thinking about getting shiver spend the extra point and get chilling.
