At first, there was the web search. Then the image search. Then came news. Now, Google has added something else: the Patent search. You can search for...patents...

Everyone should be keeping up with Google since it's going to rule the world anyways...plus, the Flying Spaghetti Monster approves Google.

Google wasting money making this search option? Hardly. Prior art searches for patent attorneys just got easier.

This is actually really useful, looking up patents on the government site took forever and usually yielded nothing.

Besides, they probably wrote a script to convert the files already kept in record to whatever format they use.

I think it's an interesting idea. I don't think I'll ever really use it often, though. (I just don't... invent things very often or anything. xD)
