Scorsese's newest movie is by far the best one I've seen all year, and I've see a LOT of them. You should all see it. Now. Quit reading this and GO!
I'm too poor to see it. unless of course they allow me to pay in buttons and pop bottles, then I can easily afford to go see it.
Its a remake of a Hong Kong film called Infernal Affairs which is also a really good movie. Its not out here yet but if I get a chance Ill go see it.
If Infernal Affairs is anywhere near as good as The Departed then I must see that one also.

I would've agreed with that until I saw both versions of Ring.
I like the HK one a lot so I think I will eventually go see this one.
Unless the original was also directed by Scorcese and included a cast as outstanding as this one, then I'm sure I'll be disagreeing with you on this one.
