I wish there was some kind of calculator that showed which merchants and in which difficulties would sell a specific item/magic suffix/magic prefix -_x

Has anyone ever seen a merchant selling a scepter with charges of Sacrifice?
And do you remember which merchant it was, and in which difficulty?

Got mine from Malah. Doesn't matter what difficulty.

The "who" only determines what items types can spawn. The mods themselves have nothing to do with who the item comes from; it's all about your clvl.

Shopped ilvl = clvl + 5. In normal, ilvls of shopped items are capped based on Act. Offhand, I don't remember the cappings. To see if the mod you want can spawn on a certain item at a certain ilvl, try the affix calculater.

I got a really good one (Silver blahblah of Sacrifice, +1 to sacrifice/35 charges of level 3 and +70 something AR ) from normal drognan after like three hours of resetting him.
