Question about + x% light damage...

Does the +% damage off a Facet/Escuta work in the same way as Light Mastery? Or will it add x% to the total light damage after Light Mastery is applied?
Any help is appreciated.

It works in the same way as lightning mastery. In other words, they stack.

Hmm, that kinda sounds a bit crap, so that means i'm only gonna get a 1/3 of damage bonus off a light facet compared to one point in Mastery. I guess the main use of facets is in the -% enemy light res.
