Do Might & Amp Dmg stack?

I have a paladin and my friend has a necromancer. I'm wondering if my might aura will stack with his amplify damage curse?

They do not 'stack' in the conventional sense.

The short answer is yes, they do work together.

The long answer is that amp'ed monsters have their physical resistance reduced by 100% (e.g. 40% - 100% = -60%), and Might will increase the physical damage done to the already amp'ed monster.
