That's a 1.10 build, so the moonfall isn't there for the ctc, it's there for the meteor charges (think marrowwalk).
Ahhh. Sauerkraut. Gottit. Thanks!
Great guide!
Just a correction: on Oskills, it says "Fire Baal" instead of "Fire Ball" regarding the TO set.
I have a question about auras. It says that when a player activates an aura that aura will be used, but if another player in that party activates another aura after, that second aura will overwrite the first aura. Is that correct the way im saying it?
If so, why is it that when 2 hammerdins use concentration and you have a lower level concentration, you turn yours on and you see in the LCS your aura has no effect because it is of a lower level then the one that is already being used.
@JuniorHigh: Thanks for notifying me
@Chasten: If two concentration auras of different levels are used in a party, then the higher level one will override the lower one.
If two concentration auras of the same level are used then the aura priority laws take effect. In the case of concentration it really doesn't matter much since the bonus to party members is the same as the bonus to the user of the aura.
It's pretty sad that the oskills they created aren't quite interesting...
For example, the only Bow/Xbow skill in any item is Guided Arrow in Widowmaker, and it sucks, compared to an upped Witchwild String. If there were more bow skills in other weapons, then it would have been pretty cool, since it would open up possibilities for Bownecros, Bowbarbs, and etc.
Secondly, it is not really considered how the oskill classes will get those skills up to the level of usefulness when it is taken into account that the original classes could use synergies. Whirlysins don't have this problem since WW is not synergized with anything, but any class trying to take advantage of TO set, or Flamebellows Inferno, or whatever.
Anyhow, besides that, I'm also disappointed with the less than useful charged items... I mean, they are useless unless you use up a high rune every time your charges get depleted? *****h plz. It would have been nice to keep them in a weaker form than the synergy bugged ones, but in good shape anyway. It would have been nice if they were recharged by Deckard for some money. Might have made them useful.
It was mostly from the single player perspective, where runes are harder to get. Anything El and up is hard to come by :P
And you *can* recharge charged items on the repairer? Does this work with, say, Gavel of Pain?
As long as it's not ethereal, I don't see why not. It'll cost you a pretty penny though. IIRC, the enchant charges on demon limb are ~10k per charge. Still, a better offer than the cube recipe.
Ral and ort are honestly not that hard to obtain. You'll get three of each just by completing the A5 rescue quest on all difficulty levels.
